I love Christmas and everything about it. The lights, the Christmas Carols, the pressies and of cos the sweets and treats!!

Thanks to my friend, i got an opportunity to do a children decorating workshop at the Singapore Cricket Club. Baked 50 gingerbread houses and gingerbread men for them to decorate.

Some of the kids were really creative and some wellthe cookies went into their mouth faster than you can say "Gingerbread".

This will definitely beat Carl's Junior...Made for a diabetic birthday boy, the cake comprising of a diabetic chocolate cake and a regular vanilla cake with diabetic coffee frosting so everyone could enjoy. Topped off with chopped walnuts.

Made this cake for a close friend of mine who loved skeletons and guns. So with the help of a friend, we designed this image. The waitress at the restaurant was like "this is a birthday cake?" haha...i was laughing away. Guess to some its pretty morbid..but i was glad that the birthday gal loved it.

An anniversary cake - requested by the couples, its a vanilla sponge cake with a layer of chocolate buttercream and a layer of tiramisu buttercream. Covered with fondant.

A Louis Vutton bag - Made of chocolate cake with tiramisu filling. Covered with Moulding Chocolate. Perfect for the Fashionistas.

A friend was leaving to Australia so i made her this cake. Its a chocolate baileys banana cake..one of my favourites.:)

Received a cake order for a 60 year old birthday boy and my customer requested for a monkey cos he was born in that year..i know..go figure.

It was a really heavy and tall cake, easily 2.5kg. Its basically chocolate sponge with coffee whipped cream.
